Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting

Isn’t that the most “in your face” title you have ever heard? And so is Lynn Grabhorn’s writing style. From the moment I opened the book, to the very last page, I was tickled with wonder, billowing over forward from laughter and agreeing with right-on’s, high-fives and “go girlfriend” responses throughout the entire book.
Lynn Grabhorn has taken a very “woo woo” subject and presented it in such a down to earth and humorous style, that you want to take her word for it! She pulls no punches and cuts no slack. Although she does use colorful language at times that includes brief hints of expletives, she gets your attention and keeps it.
Reading her book, I could relate to the “realness” that she wove throughout every chapter. She allowed us to see her vulnerable and hot sides. She took us through very emotional periods and shared the guts of her processes of getting through.
Her discovery of the Law of Attraction was during one of the most trying times in her life. Her friends, nice as they may, kept hoping that one day she would see how all of her anger, frustration, fussing, fuming and negative ranting was bringing the very unwanted things she was experiencing in her life.
She didn’t want to hear it at first and even the second time. But, finally, when on the brink of breakdown, she finally, still reluctantly, agreed to allow her nice friends to literally plop in her lap, the material of Abraham-Hicks.
Within a very short period of time, Lynn Grabhorn’s life changed! She got it! She finally got it, and got to work. She even shares at the very end, her thirty day journal, and it’s not pretty. That’s what I truly love about this author. She bore her soul and presented a very human, and not super-human approach to studying, applying, using and learning about the Law of Attraction.
Many of her processes I enjoyed trying on myself. They were presented in a story format, unlike some of the other books that give you forms and worksheets to use. Her processes were mentioned and then she went on to describe how she went applying them.
I also loved how she took the reader through stages of digging deep to find your true desires, and then once found, amplifying and riding on those wonderful energetic vibrations. At that very moment, we’re tapping into the part of our creative Source that is going to connect with the Law of Attraction in the way that most of us desire to happen, and not the default way that most of us continue doing.
This book is a must read if you want a “no holds barred” description of how to get to the nitty gritty of using this powerful neutral force to work in your life the way that you design it and not by chance.
Even though the book would fit into the self-help category, it is quite humorous and entertaining. By all means, it is definitely helpful and a “not so formal” or “serious” place to start if you’re just learning about the Law of Attraction and want to learn more.
It is without reservation that I highly recommend Lynn Grabhorn’s book. I’m looking forward to reading it many times over!

I like it when a process like this is in story format. It seem to lead you through the process and how it would apply to your life. Sounds like a great book. Thanks for sharing the information

You’re welcome Denise. I like that about books too especially when I just want to curl up and read, and not necessarily take action right away.
She’s written a book you can get lost in, but still be learning simultaneously.
I really like it.
