Law of Attraction: Zeitgeist—All The World’s A Stage

Published by Megan on Tagged Zeitgeist The Movie

This article is the third in an article series about the movie, Zeitgeist, that is being played on google video at the moment. I’ve embedded the entire video within my article entitled Law of Attraction: Zeitgeist—An Eye Opener. The first part of the movie stirred a lot of emotions within those watching, including myself, and I was curious to see how this message of “myth propagation” was going to tie into the rest of the film.

Just like in the prologue of Rhonda Byrne’s movie, The Secret, where she mentioned how “The Secret” had been withheld from masses of people to control and manipulate, the same was being said in the Zeitgeist story as well. The message of self-reliance, independence, self-actualization, critical thinking, self-empowerment and self-realization seemed to get left out of Sunday school lessons. We’re taught not to ask questions or think too much as it relates to the “bigger scheme” of things or the grand affairs of God.

With this mental handicap in place, the second part of the film was showing how the whole world is turning into one big “puppet show,” where there are seeming masters that are put in front of the masses to sing and dance to the tune of greed, fear, hopelessness, and helplessness. Co-conspirators come together and create the plays to be widespread through the media. The roles are disbursed among the people that identify themselves behind the titles of politicians and world leaders. They rehearse the script behind closed doors with understudies closely guarded. The plans are set in motion as the world, the sheep or the observers get a glimpse of what the ultimate plan of action is without being aware of the warning signs.

In this portion of the film, the writer goes into great depth to expose the script (myth) behind the “terror attack” on the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001. The script was hidden behind the veil of external terrorism from the east. The fact that there was a deliberate attack was clear, but by who and for what purpose was never really clear, except what our President (the main puppet) in the larger show, was sharing with us via “the tube.” Our “leaders” presented the attack as if they didn’t know anything about it. Instead, the producer of this film begged to differ and gave the proof that our country, fighting the “War on Terror” was “in on the scheme.”

The title of this part of the film suggests that we’re living in a freak show and the audience that’s taking it all in are the innocent people of the planet that have not a clue as to what the greater worldly designed conspiracy is. This overall conspiracy is the theme of what the third part of the film is titled: “Don’t Mind the Men Behind the Curtain.”
